SHAPE

The Hausbrandt cup has a base diameter of 3.5 cm and a top diameter of 5.5: these measurements allow the collection of all the olfactory notes. The thickness of the edge (approximately 3 mm) makes contact with the cup particularly pleasant. The width and height ratio and the differentiated thickness in zones allow for better thermal stability of the product. The correct temperature is one of the decisive factors for obtaining an espresso with a fine, persistent and stable crema. The capacity of the cups (approximately 70 ml when fully loaded) and their particular shape allow you to present a perfect espresso (25-30 ml) and enhance the crema which is at the correct height compared to the edge of the cup.

THE MATERIAL

The excellent quality porcelain makes the mug durable and thermally stable. The pure white color is difficult to be affected by external factors thanks to cooking at optimal temperatures.
